Our Classes

Little Gaonhae (4 to 5 Years Old)

Our Little Gaonhae class is started with the goal to encourage preschoolers to lead an active lifestyle from an early age.

They will be exposed to a wide range of activities, which are not limited to only Taekwondo. They will also be exposed to basic Taekwondo movements, which will in turn improve their fitness levels and flexibility.

Junior (5 to 7 Years Old)

Our Junior class curriculum comprises Poomsae, Kyorugi, mental and physical training, stretching and fun activities. However, every lesson varies to keep students engaged in class.

Our classes are progressive and students will also be exposed to advanced Taekwondo movements. We aim to raise awareness of discipline and spirit of perseverance.

Junior Class

Kids (8 to 14 Years Old)

Our Kids class curriculum comprises Poomsae, Kyorugi, mental and physical training, stretching and fun activities. Every lesson varies to keep students engaged.

We are of the firm belief that Taekwondo goes beyond just a martial art, but inculcates a sense of discipline and spirit of perseverance.

Kids Class

Teens & Adults (14 Years Old & Above)

Our Teens and Adults class is open to anyone above the age of 14. Most of our adult students started out as a White Belt and went on to attain a Black Belt with us.

No prior experience required. Classes come accompanied with physical training, allowing you to improve your fitness levels whilst practicing Taekwondo.

Team Gaonhae (Signature Programme)

Team Gaonhae is our signature programme which prepares students for Poomsae and Kyorugi competitions, both locally and internationally.

Our students have clinched podium finishes in major competitions like the World Taekwondo Federation Hanmadang and National Championships. Invitation-only basis.
